Corporate social responsibility

DVOKUT-ECRO Ltd. was the first company in Croatia to receive the Assurance Statement over the governance on Corporate Social Responsibility in line with the ISO 26000:2010 norm, in November 2016.

The Company was the recipient of the CSR Index Award (in Croatian “Indeks DOP-a”) in 2017, 2016, 2012 and 2011, in small enterprises category. The CSR Index Award is a joint initiative of the Croatian Chamber of Economy and Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development crated with the goal to acknowledge Croatian companies that understand and correctly implement Corporate Social Responsibility.

We are committed to open communication, policy development and its compliance with the ISO 26000 standard, national legislation and the decisions of local government. We respect the international instruments and their interpretation. We strive to provide a comfortable working environment for your employees by understanding their needs.

General objectives of the corporate social responsibility in our company are: there is no forced labour, discrimination or mobbing in the workplace, there is no inconsistency in the realization of the corporate social responsibility policy, its objectives and procedures, there are no work-related injuries, and we strive to maintain high satisfaction of employees.
