For the site at Getaldićeva 3 in Zagreb, DVOKUT‑ECRO prepared an Environmental Status Report for JAMNICA plus d.o.o., with the aim of identifying potential current and historical environmental risks and providing a reliable basis for further planning and site management.
The report was based on a site visit and a review of the surrounding area, discussions with the client’s responsible staff, and an assessment of available documentation and publicly accessible environmental databases. It considered both current and past activities at the site, as well as environmental aspects linked to the operation of buildings and infrastructure.
Particular attention was given to activities potentially associated with air emissions, wastewater discharges, waste management, and the use of chemicals within supporting operations (e.g., vehicle maintenance and washing). As a result, a comprehensive report was produced, presenting the site status, observations and conclusions, with clearly structured findings and recommendations in line with applicable regulations.
