DVOKUT-ECRO Ltd. is a consulting company, based in Zagreb, that provides services in the area of environmental and nature protection as well as sustainable development. The company is privately held, originally established in 1991, while operating its current name of Dvokut ECRO Ltd. since 1995. Nowadays, DVOKUT-ECRO Ltd. is a renowned company with extensive experience from Croatia and the wider region; Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Hungary, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Kosovo, Turkey and Ukraine.
Owing to the expertise of its employees and references, DVOKUT-ECRO Ltd. was among the first in Croatia, back in 1997, to fulfil the necessary professional and technical requirements for obtaining the licence to perform professional tasks related to preparation of expert input documents, EIA Screening Reports and EIA Studies from the then the competent authority, the National Directorate for Environmental Protection. That same year, a licence to perform professional tasks of monitoring air quality and emissions into the air as well as other expert tasks related to environmental monitoring was obtained thanks to the modern air quality monitoring equipment, the Mobile Ecologic Laboratory. In the meantime, as the regulations changed, an opportunity to expand the range of services presented itself and consequently licences to perform other professional activities were obtained, such as preparation of strategic environmental assessment (SEA) studies or of Appropriate Assessments for strategies, plans, programs and projects. By constant investments in the expert team, as well as in the most advanced equipment, the company’s area of activity continuously expands and new services that can be offered to private and public clients are being developed. In 2008, DVOKUT-ECRO Ltd. established DVOPER Ltd. in Belgrade, Serbia, which operates in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Albania. Along with our own expert team, we have developed long-lasting relations with numerous other experts from the region and beyond.
