Project description:

Construction and improvement of the City of Zagreb water utility system which includes water supply network (yearly water consumption is ca 53 million m3) and wastewater system and waste water treatment plant (approx. 1.000.000 PE in size). Total planned investment in facilities amounts to ca. 249.51 million EUR. The project includes the preparation of Feasibility study, environmental and tender documentation, including development of conceptual design based on hydraulic analyses on mathematical models, and the application for EU co-financing for the project to improve integrated water infrastructure management for Zagreb agglomeration and to improve financial and operational performance for Zagreb Water Company (VIO).

Services performed:

DVOKUT team participated in development of a feasibility study (including financial and economic analysis with financial modelling, tariff affordability aspects, cost-benefit analysis), EU EU co-financing application and an environmental protection documentation.
