On April 16, 2025, the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development awarded a Voucher to Dvokut-ECRO Ltd. for the implementation of an investment project submitted under the Call for Project Proposals “Digitalisation Vouchers”.
The project is funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021–2026.

Project description, objectives, and expected outcomes:
Dvokut-ECRO Ltd., based in Zagreb, is implementing a project aimed at integrating advanced digital solutions into its business operations to optimise existing processes, enable service diversification, and maintain a competitive edge essential in today’s dynamic business environment.
The primary objective of the project is the development of a Data Warehouse (DWH) and a data collection system/model to enable centralisation of data from various sources, enhanced analytics capabilities, historical data storage for trend analysis, reduced redundancy, and improved data consistency.
The development and implementation of the advanced digital solution will include the following activities:
- Preparation – defining project rules, creating a detailed project timeline, and setting key KPIs that the data collection system/model should achieve.
- Design – development of the logical design and data mapping.
- Execution and testing – services for the creation of the DWH and the data collection model (reporting database and ETL procedures for data loading).
- Training – one-day training session for end-users of the data collection system/model.
