Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)

We offer our clients consulting services during the whole Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) procedure (strategies, plans and programmes), which includes, among other things, preparation of:

  • necessary documentation for conducting the SEA screening
  • necessary documentation for determining the SEA study content, i.e. for conducting the SEA scoping
  • SEA studies, which can include the Appropriate Assessment chapter (main assessment of acceptability for the ecological network i.e. Natura 2000 network)

We offer our clients consulting services during the whole Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedure, which includes, among other things, preparation of:

  • EIA screening reports, which include Preliminary Appropriate Assessments (preliminary assessments of acceptability for the ecological network i.e. Natura 2000 network)
  • EIA scoping reports
  • EIA studies, which can include the Appropriate Assessment chapter (main assessment of acceptability for the ecological network i.e. Natura 2000 network)

As part of the EIA study formulation we prepare:

  • Reports on compliance with spatial planning documentation, for acquiring the Confirmation needed for initiating the EIA procedure

Based on the Decrees on project acceptability, we formulate:

  • Reports on Main design compliance with environmental protection measures
